Funeral Services

We are an independently run Funeral Home providing a dignified and professional funeral service in the Helderberg Area. As such we are fully registered with the department of Home Affairs and we are proud to serve any religious needs. Flaura Funerals are here to help you make the necessary arrangements following the death of a loved one. We guide and help you through the painful process of the funeral arrangements and we ensure that you get exactly what you want. We can arrange on your behalf flowers, programmes, transportation and anything else you need to give your loved one the dignified and respectful send off that they deserve. For those of you who have families overseas and who cannot travel for a funeral we can provide live video streaming of the funeral to them.

We register the death on your behalf and then provide you with the original and additional certified copies of the death certificate. We can also arrange for the necessary documentation for Cremation ashes to be taken out of South Africa.

Available 24 hours a day - we are here to take care of everything on your behalf. Home consultations are available should you prefer this.

Pets Services

Flaura Funerals provide a compassionate and professional service for the cremation of pets. This service is offered through all local veterinary practices or privately with collections from your home. Our cremation service has the option of a return - or non return of ashes.

We promise to return the ashes to you within 2 weeks maximum and they are returned in a beautiful hand woven willow ash - or pottery urn - depending on your preference as shown below. Our urns are complimented by the supply of the animals name which is tastefully laser engraved onto a small wooden name stick fastened to it.
