I offer a personal sevice to the family from the first phone call that I receive after your loved one has passed.I arrange for the deceased to be collected and taken to our mortuary. I arrange a suitable time to meet with the family in the comfort of their own home and do the necessary funeral arrangements, at no extra cost.
I take care of the completion of all nessesary medical and legal documents and details that are required.
I will explain every aspect of every process and cover all options with you.I work with the most professional funeral directors that offer the highest standard of excellence.
I have been a bereavment counsellor for over 15 years, my passion is to reach out to families with love and understanding in their darkest hour and assist them to be able to have a positive experience and special final goodbye.
