Grief Recovery is aimed at discovering and completing what is unfinished for you following a loss.

As your Grief Recovery Coach I will guide and accompany you on your journey of recognising your individual ability to heal, address issues, confront challenges and take action. It will involve completing the emotional recovery, developing a positive vision for the future and creating strategies for achieving your goals.

Learning to cope is never about ‘getting over it’ but expanding your abilities and arriving at a place in which you feel able to function well again, looking into the future with hope and a sense of excitement and challenge.
