The Compassionate Friends is a mutual self-help organisation offering friendship and understanding to bereaved parents and siblings.  To assist them in the positive resolution of the grief experienced upon the death of a child and to support their efforts to achieve physical and emotional health.  The Compassionate Friends also offer support for those who have experienced stillbirth, miscarriage and infant death.

Infants Remembered In Silence (USA)

IRIS offers parents, families, friends and professionals support, education and resources on the death of a child in early pregnancy (miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy etc.), or from premature birth, stillbirth, neo-natal death, birth defects, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), illness and all other types of infant and early childhood death. Grieving is not about forgetting... It is about remembering.

CANSA is a non-profit organization set up to fight cancer and offer support to cancer sufferers.

The Organ Donor Foundation

The Organ Donor Foundation is a non-profit charity, which aims to address the critical shortage of organ and tissue donors in South Africa. Currently there are over 3,500 people awaiting organ and cornea transplants. Tragically less than 1,000 will this year receive a transplant and the "Gift of Life" due to this critical shortage.
