Rent or purchase an inflator. The smallest gas cylinder inflates 50 balloons.  There are larger canister sizes available, for 250 balloons and for 650 balloons.  Funeral Guide did some homework, and found that Afrox is reputed to be the most reasonably priced gas cannister available, please call their customer care line for prices.
